This is just a quick note to show you all the young fruit that was about to ripen before I left the US for two weeks today. I'm a little sad to be away from the garden just as everything starts producing loads of delicious food for us. I'm sure Maddy is gonna have plenty of tomatoes, if you ask kindly...

Young Fruits!
Hey everyone,
This is just a quick note to show you all the young fruit that was about to ripen before I left the US for two weeks today. I'm a little sad to be away from the garden just as everything starts producing loads of delicious food for us. I'm sure Maddy is gonna have plenty of tomatoes, if you ask kindly...

Another Year
Here is an update, per your request Steve, and per for-the-fun-of-it.
This is the area right outside our back door. There are a few succulents from my grandpa and a nasturtium cutting I took from the community garden.
This is one of four tomatoes we have going. I don't remember what type this is, but the plant is very full of fruit, however they are all green.
Stawberries!! This plant has made some delicious ones.
The cornflowers came back! They are growing from a crack in the concrete, but doing well.
Here is our most healthy looking tomato making some biggies. This variety is called Cherokee Purple.
This is that same healthy plant. I am very proud of how well balanced it is growing.
There is also some broccoli, kale, chard, onions and peppers which I did not photograph. Plus there is the community garden. Tonight we are eating pizza with our broccoli, zephyr squash, and basil on it.
Thanks for looking!
